Are you an experienced landscaper ready to step into a lead role and build high-end outdoor spaces?
Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape is looking for a Landscape Lead Technician to help install beautiful residential and commercial landscape projects. This role works closely with the Foreman, helps guide crew members, and ensures projects are completed safely and professionally.

What You'll Do
- Help lead a small crew installing landscape and hardscape projects
- Install pavers, retaining walls, garden beds, plantings, sod, drainage systems, and grading
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, tampers, and saws
- Read landscape plans and assist with jobsite organization
- Communicate with the Project Foreman, supervisors, and team members
- Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
- Step in to guide the crew when the Foreman is unavailable
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of landscaping or construction experience
- Experience installing pavers, walls, or other hardscape features
- Comfortable operating landscaping equipment
- Leadership mindset and willingness to help guide crew members
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Valid driver's license (required)

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
