Snow Removal Crew Member
Full Time • Duluth
Winter Months:
Snow removal crew members are responsible for ensuring that clients properties are cleared of snow and ice promptly and effectively, ensuring their safety and accessibility during the winter months. This position may transition between full and part-time hours depending on weather conditions, with on-call availability being required for the role.
- Clearing snow and ice from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other designated equipment.
- Operating snow plows, salt spreaders, and other machinery efficiently and safely.
- Maintaining a high level of awareness for potential hazards and risks during snow removal activities.
- Working in a team to ensure timely completion of snow removal tasks, particularly during heavy snowfall or adverse weather conditions.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day & Night shift
- Monday - Sunday
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Compensation: $28.00 per hour
