As a Lawn Maintenance Technician, you’ll work alongside the Maintenance Crew Lead to care for residential and commercial properties. You’ll perform mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and general property maintenance while ensuring your work and your crew’s work meets company standards. Training is provided in-office and on-site.
What You’ll Do
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to a professional standard
- Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment
- Maintain and clean tools and equipment for optimal performance
- Report equipment issues promptly
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs
- Ensure consistent high-quality results on every project
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance, or a related field
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, tools, and equipment
- Ability to identify common lawn problems and solutions
- Strong physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in all weather
- Required: Valid Driver's License & MN DOT Medical Card (Obtain prior to hire)

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
