Landscape Technician – Build Beautiful Outdoor Spaces!

As a Landscape Technician, you’ll work on softscape and hardscape installations, including garden beds, sod, planting, patios, retaining walls, boulder walls, pavers, artificial turf, grading, drainage systems, landscape steps, fire pits, and more. You’ll also help ensure your crew performs efficiently and professionally to company standards.
What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a crew to install hardscape and softscape projects
- Participate in Garden Bed, Planting, Sod/Seed, Artificial Turf, Drainage, Paver, Retaining Wall, Boulder Wall, Steps, Grading, and Fire Pit installations
- Follow directions, identify needs on-site, and provide feedback to improve processes
- Ensure quality work that meets client and company standards
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, foremen, and clients
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient worksite
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in landscaping or hardscape/softscape installation
- Knowledge of plants, soil, and horticulture
- Ability to operate landscape machinery and hand tools safely
- Physically fit: able to lift heavy objects and work long hours outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow directions
- Professional attitude with clients and crew members
- Required: Valid Driver’s License & MN DOT Medical Card (Obtain prior to hire)

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
